The text for this class is Brasil! Língua e Cultura (2nd edition) and its accompanying workbook. Unfortunately there are a large number of typographical errors in these books. Most of these are minor and will be noted in class. You may also refer to the errata sheet for known problems.
Students are expected to complete "laboratory" exercises for each chapter by listening to the online audio, which can be accessed through the publisher's site (Linguatext Ltd.) or through the UW's Language Support Services. There are exercises in the workbook to accompany this audio.
