Technical requirements

To use the RAILS lessons, make sure that you are working on a computer with a high-speed Internet connection that meets the following minimum system requirements:

Screen resolution: minimum 1024x768

Internet connection
LAN/T1 connection (dial-up modem NOT supported)

If you are working in a computer lab, you will also need headphones.

Russian fonts
If you don’t have Russian fonts of keyboards installed on your computer, check the fonts and keyboards page on the website for the American Association for Teachers of Slavic and East European Languages (AATSEEL).
